Organization's mission

The Instituto Panamericano de Derecho y Tecnología (IPANDETEC) is a non-profit organization that promotes the use and regulation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the defense of Human Rights in the digital environment in Central America and the Republic Dominican. We promote research and study of the Law of New Technologies through the development of conferences, seminars, symposiums and any other means suitable for the same purpose.
We establish links with related organizations at the national, regional and international level, promoting the exchange of studies carried out, being able to join or be part of international institutions applied to the same discipline.
