Our recent data shows a 54% increase in sextortion reports over the past year, underscoring the urgency of this issue. Victims often report high levels of anxiety and fear about their images being shared, with 54% unsure if their content had been circulated. In response, StopNCII.org was developed as a proactive tool to prevent the sharing of non-consensual intimate images (NCII). This tool represents a groundbreaking approach, particularly for those targeted by sextortion, providing real-time blocking without storing or sharing victims’ data.
